The Veres foundry started as a family business in the 1980s, initially with sand moulded aluminium casting, which was gradually replaced by mechanical die casting since 1992.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Today, we have three decades of experience and expertise, which is reflected in the satisfaction of our partners and their constant requests for more.<\/p>\n

We are suppliers to small and large companies, both national and foreign, and our products are exported to regional and world markets.<\/p>\n

The products manufactured on our hot chamber FRECH\u00ae and 160-ton POLAK casting machines with 20-125 tons of clamping force are machined, surface treated and possibly assembled in-house or, for a long time, in close cooperation with our subcontractors, so that our customers receive their products in a way that meets most of their needs.<\/p>\n

Our foundries produce a variety of zinc castings from a few millimetres up to 1.5 kg. Our typical raw material is the ZL410 alloy.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the casting process, we rarely get a finished product, so we cover most of the post-processing of the castings. The deburring is done by hand for small batches, with care for precision, and mechanised for larger orders. Any additional machining can be carried out in-house or by our partners.<\/span><\/p>\n
