Veres Foundry has been manufacturing zinc components since 1992
The Veres foundry started as a family business in the 1980s, initially with sand moulded aluminium casting, which was gradually replaced by mechanical die casting since 1992.
Today, we have three decades of experience and expertise, which is reflected in the satisfaction of our partners and their constant requests for more.
We are suppliers to small and large companies, both national and foreign, and our products are exported to regional and world markets.
The products manufactured on our hot chamber FRECH® and 160-ton POLAK casting machines with 20-125 tons of clamping force are machined, surface treated and possibly assembled in-house or, for a long time, in close cooperation with our subcontractors, so that our customers receive their products in a way that meets most of their needs.

What we offer
Our services
Tool making
We work with our partners to provide the best solution, from design to mould construction and trial production. During production, we do not forget about regular maintenance and possible repairs.
Casting
Our foundries produce a variety of zinc castings from a few millimetres up to 1.5 kg. Our typical raw material is the ZL410 alloy.
Machining
During the casting process, we rarely get a finished product, so we cover most of the post-processing of the castings. The deburring is done by hand for small batches, with care for precision, and mechanised for larger orders. Any additional machining can be carried out in-house or by our partners.
Surface treatment
Among our partners, we can offer galvanising, sintering and even painting companies.
Quality control
Our aim is to provide our customers with the best quality products, so we only use top-quality raw materials, carefully and carefully controlled.
